檢查柴油機(jī)供油、潤(rùn)滑、冷卻等系統(tǒng)各管路及接頭有無(wú)漏水、漏油現(xiàn)象；電氣線路無(wú)破皮等漏電隱患；接地線等電氣線路是否有連接松動(dòng)；機(jī)組與基礎(chǔ)的連接是否牢固

Check the diesel's pipes and joints of oil supplying, lubricating and cooling system  has no phenomenon of water or oil leakage; The hidden perils of creepage with electric lines broken;The electrical lines includes ground wire has no loose connections;The connection generator set and foundation is strong

環(huán)境溫度低于零度時(shí)，須在散熱器內(nèi)添加一定比例的防凍液（具體要求參照柴油機(jī)隨機(jī)資料）
The ambient temperature is lower than zero, must add antifreeze in a certain proportion in the radiator (specific requirements refer to the diesel engine random data)

機(jī)組次起動(dòng)或停用較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間后再次啟動(dòng)時(shí)，應(yīng)先用手壓泵排盡燃油系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的空氣
The first start or stop after a long time to start again,should use hand pressure pump first for exhausting the air in the fuel system

打開(kāi)電開(kāi)關(guān)，按起動(dòng)按鈕或啟動(dòng)電鎖，按下按鈕的時(shí)間3-5秒，若起動(dòng)不成功后，應(yīng)等待2分鐘左右，再作嘗試。若三次起動(dòng)不成功，應(yīng)停止起動(dòng)，排除電瓶電壓或油路等故障因素后，再起動(dòng)
Turn on the electric switch, press the start button or electric lock, press the button for 3 to 5 seconds。If the start unsuccessful you should be waited for about 2 minutes, try again.If the starting is not successful affter three times, stop the starting and start again excluding out battery voltage or circuits failure factors. 

起動(dòng)時(shí)應(yīng)觀察機(jī)油壓力，若油壓無(wú)顯示或很低時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查
When starting the engine oil pressure should be observed, if the oil pressure showed no or very low, should stop checking immediately.

機(jī)組起動(dòng)后，檢查控制箱模塊或儀表各項(xiàng)參數(shù)：機(jī)油壓力、水溫、電壓、頻率等。

Generator starting, check control box module or instrument parameters: oil pressure, water temperature, voltage and frequency and so on .

一般情況，機(jī)組起動(dòng)后轉(zhuǎn)速直接達(dá)到1500r/min,有怠速要求的機(jī)組，有刷發(fā)電機(jī)怠速的時(shí)間一般為3-5分鐘，無(wú)刷發(fā)電機(jī)怠速的時(shí)間為1分鐘左右,怠速時(shí)間不要過(guò)長(zhǎng)，否則可能燒壞發(fā)電機(jī)組相關(guān)元器件。
In general, after starting the generator speed directly to 1500r / min. In accordance with the requirements of idle, brushless generator's idle time is usually 3-5 minutes, without brush generator's idle time for about 1 minute, idle time is not too long, otherwise it may burn the related components.

檢查機(jī)組油路、水路和氣路的滲漏情況，有無(wú)漏油、漏水和漏氣現(xiàn)象。
Check the Oil Channe,  Canalage and Gas Path for leakage if there is leakage phenomenon of oil,water and gas.

注意機(jī)組各處的連接和堅(jiān)固情況，有無(wú)松動(dòng)和劇烈震動(dòng)。
Pay attention to the connection and strong  everywhere, with no loosening and severe vibration.

觀察機(jī)組各種保護(hù)和監(jiān)視裝置是否正常。

Observe various generator protection and monitoring device is normal.

當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到額定轉(zhuǎn)速，且空載運(yùn)行各項(xiàng)參數(shù)穩(wěn)定后，合閘向負(fù)載供電。

When the speed reach the rated speed,and after each parameter stable with no-load running,switching power supply to the load

檢查確認(rèn)控制屏各項(xiàng)參數(shù)在允許的范圍內(nèi),再次檢查機(jī)組的振動(dòng),有無(wú)三漏以及有無(wú)其他故障.

Check the control panel parameters in the allowed range, check again the vibration of the generating set, without leakage of oil water and gas, and any other malfunction.

Need specialist attendant when the generator operation, overload is strictly prohibited!

停機(jī)前必須先分閘，一般情況卸載機(jī)組需運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)3~5分鐘后停機(jī)
Must first be break-brake before downtime. usually uninstall generator set after 3 ~ 5 minutes running.

發(fā)電機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)出現(xiàn)異常情況時(shí)，必須立即停機(jī)
When the operation of generator set is abnormal, must stop immediately

緊急停機(jī)時(shí)，按下急停按鈕或?qū)娪捅猛C(jī)控制手柄迅速地推到停車位置
In an emergency, press the emergency stop button or push the control handlethe of fuel injection pump downtime to the stop position quickly .

柴油濾芯更換時(shí)間為每300小時(shí)左右；空氣濾芯更換時(shí)間為每400小時(shí)左右；機(jī)油濾芯次更換時(shí)間 為50小時(shí)，以后為250小時(shí)左右。
Diesel filter replacement time is 300 hours; air filter replacement time is 400 hours; the first engine oil filter replacement time is 50 hours, then every 250 hours to replace.

機(jī)油次更換時(shí)間為50小時(shí)，機(jī)油正常更換時(shí)間為每250小時(shí)左右，推薦的機(jī)油粘度級(jí)別(粘度等級(jí)SAE)為15W-40；質(zhì)量級(jí)別(性能等級(jí)API,美國(guó)石油協(xié)會(huì)的機(jī)油性能分類)詳見(jiàn)柴油機(jī)說(shuō)明書(shū)及隨同資料的要求.注意:粘度級(jí)別和質(zhì)量級(jí)別都要符合要求。例如：15W/40CF-4，粘度級(jí)別：15W-40質(zhì)量級(jí)別：CF-4。
First time to replace the engine oil after 50 hours,engine oil normal replacement time is about pre 250 hour.Engine oil viscosity level recommended  (viscosity SAE grade) is 15w-40;The quality level (Performance Level,API the oil performance classification of American Petroleum Institute) is required to diesel engine specifications and informations.Note: the viscosity grade and quality level to meet the requirements. For example: 15W/40CF-4 viscosity grade: 15W-40 quality level: CF-4.

當(dāng)打開(kāi)控制屏?xí)r，必須采取必要的防護(hù)措施，以防可能發(fā)生的觸電事故。
When you open the control panel, must take the necessary protective measures to prevent electric shock accidents occured.

不允許隨意更改發(fā)電機(jī)組電路和控制器參數(shù)，由此造成的損失和售后服務(wù)費(fèi)用由客戶承擔(dān)。

Not allowed to change the parameters of generator circuit and the controller, the loss and after-sale service fee payed by the customer.
